Sending Our Appreciation
Everyone involved in the Symbolic Migration project would like to send our appreciation to all the participating educators. We realize that this year has been yet another year of challenges and we sincerely thank you for your continued support.
Because of your efforts, over one thousand students in Mexico will be reached with the gift of an Ambassador Butterfly and the environmental lesson on the importance of forest conservation.
Estela Romero restarted her school visits on January 11, after the winter break. To date, she has visited 23 schools and delivered nearly 800 Ambassador Monarchs! This is three-fourths of all of the Ambassadors that we received this year. Soon school visits will be complete and letters from Mexican students will be flying north to return to you.
Find out where your Ambassador landed by using the search function at the top right of the blog site dedicated to the Symbolic Migration project. Simply put your school/group/family or town in the search box.
