While Sheehan was able to work directly with EDI staff under the auspise of this fellowship, other resources exist within the larger citizen science community. In partnership with Citizen Science Association, European Citizen Science Association, and Australian Citizen Science Association, PPSR Core Project (Public Participation in Scientific Research (Citizen Science)) was launched. PPSR Core provides a framework for citizen science practitioners to use in developing metadata documentation.
